my mother had a out of body experience when she hemorrhaged giving birth to my brother, people who have studied it have concluded that it because they can still understand whats going on, also, the mind is very powerful, it can take memory and try to estimate what might happen in the future. well, there ya go, also, where is your proof that this doctor even existed?
