Device 0 Cannot Run this Title -- Sims 3?

I just re installed my Sims 3 game and after I attempt to play the game (after pressing the triangle play button) on the game launcher, a small box appears the center of the screen that says, "Unable to start game-Device 0 Cannot Run this Title-No Supported Video Graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware." What's weird is that my computer used to be fine and played Sims perfectly. I have Windows XP and need HELP!! Stats: Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005. The computer crashed because of a virus, and when I re installed Sims, it did not work. HELP. :)
