I have this white, mucusy stuff in my poop.?

At first I was worried that it could be worms, but when I went to the bathroom and actually took a good look (sorry this is so gross) it was more mucusy. I also have been having the same discharge when I pee. Obviously something is up and until I contact my doctor I was wondering if anyone knew that it could be.
