I'm on a diet but not being able to exercise much due to long hours at work and being a mom of 2, so it has nothing to do with exercise, only diet. I've only been on this low calorie diet for a week now, but for the past 3 days I've been experiencing very loose stool. Nothing watery though. It's kind of odd for me. Just wondering if this could be a sign of weight loss? I haven't weighed myself yet, planning on doing that every two weeks. Just wondering if this is normal. Thanks.
