Sims 3 help please?........?

My sims game has been screwed up since we got a new computer. the launcher says it doesn't recognize the sims3 disk. It's really annoying and i have no clue what to do. Can someone please help me out or at least give me the sims technological support number the 16056291001 isn't working. PLEASE HELP!!!!
