WHY AVG DETECTS TROJAN UPON DOWNLOADING MapleSEA PRIVATE SERVER LAUNCHER?

If its a very popular server then AVG might be picking up a false positive which means that nothing more nothing less than a false report of the launcher, just disable your AVG Av, otherwise if its an unknown, unrecognized private server then it may be infected indeed.
