Is this miscarriage? I am experiencing pain and spotting?

Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant and am experiencing some spotting along with some slimy discharge like in periods and my legs are aching really bad....I had heavy bleeding in 5 weeks of my pregnancy was given alot of medicines and scan was done which showed cardiac activity and everything was fine until today morning...will i miscarry?
