Would you choose diagnostic medical sonography certificate or cardiac sonographer degree?

I am trying to find a future career for myself and I just can't retreive enough information to decide which area is open for the most growth and likely hood of job opportunities. Also, has anyone ever heard anything good or bad about Sanford Brown College? Please help, I'm getting very discouraged.
