Is this normal? Does anyone else get it?

I have an irregular heartbeat but only sometimes. (Like if I'm thinking about it, anxious, nervous, or excited) When it first started happenening it came on suddenly and didn't beat normally for like a week. I think this could have been because I was so anxious about it. I went and had all these cardiac tests and they said my heart was healthy but I just had an irregular heartbeart. Does anyone else have this and what are the long term effecs of it if any? Thanks!
